Mr. BoJangles
It hurt us to look at you when you showed up in our lives. You were so thin and hurt. You taught us the meaning of unconditional love. You gave us joy. We miss mornings with you nuzzling your way between us telling us you need to be rubbed, and those sneezes – because you couldn’t lay on your back for long!
You always came up to us with your tail wagging so fast it was like a blur. Sometimes when you got out of bed you would throw a little running fit. You always felt good and full of energy when you first got up in the morning. You would always beat us outside in the backyard by screaming through both doggy doors and you would be waiting for us outside on your big granite rock barking up in the tree to try to get squirrels to come and see you. You were so fast at hitting those doggy doors it is a wonder you didn’t break your nose or neck by the speed you went through them.
We miss you in the pool little boy. We stopped using it after you were gone. Your boat stayed on the patio. We sold the RV, the trips would not be the same without you. We still grieve for you Bo. You have our love and we pray that you are running free of pain.

P.S. We found your hole to China under the bush! Now I know why your ears were always so dirty.
